Product Feature: Loss-in-Weight Feeder controls weight released from the feeder by weighing it instantaneously. It is a suitable type for measurement of powdery material that allows easy blockage of scattering and odor of measured material during input/output, which is difficult for belt type Constant Feeder Weigher to deal with. We are also manufacturing explosion proof type that can be used for area that has risk of dust explosion. Kyung Sung D.S supplies scale with high accuracy by using the latest model of load cell and controller with technology accumulated for many years. It can be used as either continuous or batch type, show its ability to improve productivity and accuracy of product, and minimize material loss on small quantity batch production process. However, to improve measurement, the time interval for recharge should be shortened. For feeder, it uses various valves, screw feeder, and rotary feeder, and for ejector, it uses screw feeder, table feeder, vibrating feeder, and rotary feeder.
